At Evolucards, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality Pokémon products and collectibles. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at evolucardsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products

Digital or downloadable content (e.g., promo codes)

Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
